Guests are welcomed directly by the founders, not by rotating front-desk staff. Meals are prepared by Nuj, resident chef and permanent staff, who cooks home-style Thai family meals at every service. Breakfast is a home-made buffet: fresh pastries baked daily, fresh bread and jam, real coffee, cooked Thai dishes, eggs from the property's own chickens, organic tea from the north of the country.

Khao Yai is about 2 hours' drive from Bangkok via the new highway, opening expected December 2026 (about 2.5 hours on the current route). Transport is part of the service, not a separate add-on to arrange yourself.
