📜 Terms & Conditions

🌿 Jungle Tour — Les Collines Khao Yaï

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Les Collines Khaoyai. Any booking implies unconditional acceptance of these terms by the client.

1. Registration & Booking

✅ A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 4,000 THB (approx. €100).
✅ A confirmation and invoice will be sent with a secure payment link via Stripe.
✅ The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before arrival, by Stripe or bank transfer.
❌ Cash payments in euros are strictly refused in accordance with applicable law.
⚠️ If the balance is not paid, the booking will be treated as cancelled by the client and the deposit will be retained by the agency.

2. Cancellation & Modification

❌ Client cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
⚠️ Non-payment of balance: Failure to pay by the deadline is treated as client cancellation.
🔄 Rescheduling: Permitted once only, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days in advance and the balance has been paid in full.
⚠️ After this deadline, no changes will be accepted and any no-show will be treated as a cancellation without refund.
⚠️ Force majeure cancellation: In the event of exceptional unavoidable circumstances (pandemic, war, natural disaster, administrative closure…), all amounts paid will be fully refunded within 30 calendar days of written notification.
⚠️ No refund will be granted for services already commenced at the time of the force majeure event.

3. Pricing & Services

Prices are quoted in THB and may be revised in the event of significant changes to transport costs, official taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Transport & Access

🚖 Private transfers are carried out by external providers. The agency accepts no liability for delays or incidents during transfers.
🚉 Pickup from Pak Chong station is complimentary, subject to pre-agreed schedules.

5. Safety, Health & Insurance

🔹 The agency takes out mandatory individual insurance for each participant, covering basic activity-related risks, with a coverage ceiling of 500,000 THB.
🔹 This insurance does not replace comprehensive personal travel insurance. It is strongly recommended to take out additional cover for: extended medical costs, medical repatriation, trip cancellation, and personal liability abroad.
🔹 Participation requires adequate physical fitness. The client confirms being physically and mentally capable of undertaking the trek.
⚠️ In the event of undisclosed medical information, Les Collines Khaoyai accepts no liability for any incident occurring during the activity.
♿ Accessibility: Les Collines Khaoyai welcomes participants with reduced mobility provided the agency is informed prior to booking.

6. Trek Conditions & Accommodation

🌿 Activity takes place in a natural environment with inherent risks. The client accepts these risks in full knowledge of the facts.
🌦️ Weather conditions may result in itinerary changes without refund.
🏕️ Accommodation is in rustic bivouac or Khao Yai national park bungalows, with no hotel-standard guarantee.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

⚠️ Les Collines Khaoyai cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by unforeseeable external events.
⚠️ The programme may be modified without notice to ensure participant safety.

8. Ecological Commitment

🌱 Littering, feeding, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
📌 Wildlife sightings are random and depend entirely on natural conditions. No guarantee can be given.

9. Complaints

📢 Any complaint must be submitted in writing and on-site at the time the incident occurs. No subsequent complaint will be accepted.

10. Local Law & Customs

⚖️ Participants agree to comply with all laws and regulations in force in Thailand, as well as local customs and rules applicable in protected natural areas.
🚫 Any breach of Thai law is the sole responsibility of the participant.

11. Disputes & Applicable Law

⚖️ Competent jurisdiction: Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Thai law applies to all contractual relations.

12. Electronic Acceptance
