The operational chain of your jungle trek
Tour leader
The tour leader ensures the overall coordination of your trip:
- Program preparation and follow-up
- Safety and logistics briefings
- Interface between you, the agency, the guide, the driver and the rangers
- Program adjustments according to weather and field conditions
He does not act as a Thai local guide, but as a French-speaking reference escort.
Official jungle guide
Our guide is a declared employee or collaborator, who holds:
- A jungle-specific guide card
- A mission order for each outing
- In-depth knowledge of authorized trails
- Field experience in wildlife, flora and safety
He leads the group on the regulated routes of the National Park.
Employed driver
The driver is employed by the company and drives a company vehicle:
- Holder of a Green card and a national driving license
- Transfers: Les Collines ↔ Pak Chong ↔ National Park
- Ongoing training, compliance with traffic regulations
- Schedule and travel logistics management
Rangers & National Park
We work with the Khao Yai National Park rangers:
- Supervision and escort by an experienced accredited ranger
- Registration of groups and routes with the authorities
- Control of sensitive areas and quotas
- Communication in case of weather alerts or animals on the road
Treks exclusively in authorized zones, with a responsible ecotourism approach.
Registration with the Park & authorized areas
Les Collines Khao Yai are registered with the National Park and regional authorities for organizing trekking activities and nature tours.
