Registration & Booking
✅The booking becomes firm only after receipt of the deposit of 4,000 THB (approx. €100) from the client.
✅A confirmation and invoice will be sent with a secure payment link via Stripe.
✅The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the arrival date, via Stripe, or by bank transfer (credited and confirmed by that deadline).
❌Cash payments in euros are strictly refused, in accordance with applicable legislation.
⚠️In the event of non-payment of the balance, the booking will be considered cancelled by the client and the deposit will be retained by the Agency, with no further compensation due.

Cancellation & Changes
❌Client cancellation: The deposit is definitively retained by the Agency and is non-refundable.
⚠️Non-payment of the balance: Any failure to pay by the deadline (7 days before arrival) is deemed a client cancellation, with application of the above conditions.
🔄Rescheduling: Possible once only, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date and if the full balance has been paid.
⚠️After this deadline, no changes will be accepted. Any no-show will be considered a cancellation with no refund.

Force majeure: In the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances (pandemic, war, terrorist attack, natural disaster, major incident, administrative decision, government restrictions, unfavorable advice from the French Embassy, death or unforeseen unavailability of the guide within 7 days), any cancellation will be considered force majeure. The deposit and any balance paid will be fully refunded within 30 calendar days, with no further compensation.
⚠️No refund will be granted for services already started or in progress at the time the force majeure event occurs.

Prices & Services
Prices are expressed in THB and may be revised in the event of significant changes in the following elements:

✔️Official taxes or fees
✔️Exchange-rate fluctuations
⚠️No claim will be accepted regarding such price adjustments.

Transport & Access
🚖Private transfers are provided by external service providers. The Agency declines all liability in the event of delays or incidents occurring during these transfers.
🚉Pick-up from Pak Chong train station is offered, subject to pre-agreed schedules.

Safety, Health & Insurance
🔹The Agency provides mandatory individual insurance for each participant, covering basic risks (accident, rescue) up to 500,000 THB. Passport details will be requested at registration.
⚠️
This insurance does not replace comprehensive personal insurance. It is strongly recommended to purchase additional coverage including:
✅Extended medical expenses
✅Medical repatriation
✅Cancellation and trip interruption
✅Third-party liability abroad
🔹Participation requires an appropriate physical condition. The client declares, under their sole responsibility, that they are fully physically and mentally fit to undertake the trek.
🔹The client agrees to inform the Agency, prior to any booking, of any particular medical condition: history, chronic illness, allergies, treatment, disability, recent surgery, including heart/respiratory issues, diabetes, etc.
⚠️In the event of voluntary or involuntary omission of medical information, Les Collines Khaoyai declines all liability in case of accident, illness, injury or death during the service.
⚠️The client acknowledges participating with full awareness of the inherent risks of the jungle (wildlife, unstable terrain, changing weather, dense vegetation).
⚠️The Agency cannot be held liable for any incident occurring outside supervised periods or in case of non-compliance with safety instructions.
⚠️The client agrees to strictly follow the guide’s safety instructions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate exclusion, with no refund.

Accessibility & special needs: Les Collines Khaoyai welcomes participants with reduced mobility or special needs, provided that prior notice is given at booking so the service can be adapted.
✅Our services may be adjusted subject to: a prior assessment of the participant’s abilities, logistical feasibility, and a full declaration of physical or medical limitations.
⚠️Without prior communication, the Agency cannot be held liable if certain activities cannot be carried out or require last-minute adaptations.
⚠️The Agency reserves the right to refuse an activity presenting an obvious risk to the participant’s safety, without this giving rise to a refund, provided an alternative solution has been offered.

Trek Conditions & Accommodation
🌿Outdoor activity in a natural environment with inherent risks (wildlife, uneven terrain, weather). The client accepts these risks with full knowledge.
🌦️Weather conditions, wildlife presence, and trail accessibility may require itinerary changes, without giving rise to any refund or compensation.
🏕️Accommodation in rustic bivouac or in Khao Yai National Park bungalows, with no hotel-standard expectation. No claims accepted regarding natural conditions (insects, rain, humidity, variable temperatures, animal sounds).

Liability & Force Majeure
⚠️Les Collines Khaoyai cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by unforeseeable external events: severe weather, administrative closures, accidents, strikes, etc.
⚠️The program may be modified without notice to ensure participants’ safety.

Environmental Commitment
🌱The client agrees to respect the environment: no littering, and no feeding or disturbing wild animals.
📌Wildlife sightings are random and depend on natural conditions. No guarantee can be given.

Complaints
📢Any complaint must be submitted in writing and on site, at the time the issue occurs. No subsequent complaint will be accepted.

Compliance with Laws & Local Customs
⚖️Participants agree to comply with all laws and regulations in force in Thailand, as well as local customs and rules applicable in protected natural areas.
🚫Any breach of Thai law is the participant’s sole responsibility.
⚠️The Agency reserves the right to immediately stop the service with no refund in case of illegal, dangerous or inappropriate behavior.
📢It is the client’s responsibility to comply with any health, administrative or security regulations imposed by Thai authorities.

Disputes & Applicable Law
⚖️In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction shall be Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand.
⚖️Thai law shall apply to all contractual relationships.

⚠️The Agency is not liable for indirect damages or any material or immaterial losses.
